Modeunternehmen Hugo Boss liquidiert Firma

Zuerst wollte Hugo Boss beim Standort in Zug nur Stellen streichen. Ein Blick ins Handelsregister und Amtsblatt verrät: Die «Hugo Boss International Markets AG» ist aufgelöst und befindet sich in Liquidation.
Gemäss einem Eintrag im Zuger Amtsblatt befindet sich die «Hugo Boss International Markets AG» in Liquidation. Dabei wird sämtliches noch vorhandenes Vermögen verkauft und in Bargeld umgewandelt. Das Unternehmen befindet sich an der Baarerstrasse 135. Und gemäss Handelsregister hat die Generalversammlung das Unternehmen am 8. Mai aufgelöst.
Bereits im Juni machten Gerüchte die Runde, das Modeunternehmen schliesse seinen Standort in Zug. Damals hiess es jedoch in einem Schreiben, dass dort lediglich eine Transformation durchgeführt werde (zentralplus berichtete). Im Zuge dessen strich das Unternehmen die Hälfte der Stellen.
