10.05.2024Der Technologiekonzern Bühler aus Uzwil verkaufte seine Anlagenbaufabrik im sächsischen Döbeln. Der Käufer: Die Beteiligungsgesellschaft Zachert Privat Equity.

Basierend auf einer Mitteilung garantiert ZPE allen Mitarbeitern weiterhin einen Arbeitsplatz. Ausserdem soll das Werk weiterentwickelt werden. Denn es ist ein Restrukturierungsbedarf vorhanden. Momentan ist man in Deutschland auf die Produktion von Anlagen vor allem für die Getreidelogistik spezialisiert.
Bühler unterstützt Prozess
Dort setzt man jetzt den Schraubenzieher an; ZPE will das Geschäftsmodell erweitern und ausserdem weitere Unternehmen oder auch nur Teile davon zukaufen. Seitens Bühler sichert man Unterstützung zu: Langfristige Auftragszusagen sollen dem Prozess helfen.
Doch warum verkauft Bühler eigentlich? Die Uzwiler sagen dazu, dass es die aktuelle Marktsituation so fordere. Daher sei die deutsche Tochter gezwungen, ihre Kräfte am bayrischen Standort Beilngries zu bündeln. Bereits vor einem Jahr äusserte man daher die Absicht zum Verkauf des sächsischen Werks.
