Die Gesellschaft legt als herrschende Muttergesellschaft die Unternehmensstrategie der EnBAG-Gruppe und ihrer Gesellschaften fest. Ihr obliegt die Finanzierung und das Controlling der EnBAG-Gruppe, deren Assets sie eignet.
