  • La fondation a pour but de donner un lieu de formation au théâtre itinérant, à des comédien.nes professionnels, et par là de: promouvoir la formation professionnelle et la relève artistique en lien avec le théâtre populaire itinérant, en développant un lieu d'accueil de résidences d'artistes pour la création et le développement du théâtre populaire itinérant, et promouvoir et développer des spectacles de théâtre populaire itinérant; faciliter l'accès à la culture pour le plus grand nombre de personnes en organisant des évènements, en sensibilisant les publics aux arts vivants et à la scène itinérante par des actions de médiation culturelle; promouvoir la transition écologique dans le domaine du théâtre et sensibiliser aux problématiques liées à la crise climatique et au respect du vivant. L'activité de la fondation est focalisée sur la Suisse Romande, mais elle peut soutenir des projets dans toute la Suisse et à l'étranger d'organisations ayant leur siège en Suisse. La fondation est à but non lucratif et est neutre sur les plans politique, confessionnel, racial et culturel. Les fondateurs se réservent expressément la possibilité de faire modifier le but par l'autorité de surveillance, en application de l'article 86a CC.
