Georg Fischer legt die Latte höher

Georg Fischer hat seine Umsätze im Geschäftsjahr 2023 mit 4,0 Milliarden Franken auf Vorjahresniveau gehalten, informiert der global aktive Industriekonzern aus Schaffhausen in einer Mitteilung. Das vergleichbare Betriebsergebnis auf Stufe EBIT lag mit 389 Millionen Franken ebenfalls dicht am Vorjahreswert. Das Konzernergebnis fiel mit 235 Millionen Franken um 41 Millionen Franken tiefer als 2022 aus. Die Dividende soll mit 1,30 Franken je Aktie auf Vorjahresniveau gehalten werden.
„GF hat in einem Jahr, das von zahlreichen Herausforderungen, aber auch Chancen und der Akquisition von Uponor als herausragendem Meilenstein geprägt war, eine starke Leistung erzielt“, wird GF-CEO Andreas Müller in der Mitteilung zitiert. „Alle Divisionen von GF haben die Ausgangsbasis geschaffen, ihre strategischen Ziele zu erreichen, sich auf operative Exzellenz zu fokussieren und das Unternehmen auf dem Weg zum Nachhaltigkeits- und Innovations-Leader voranzubringen.“
Das im Berichtsjahr erworbene Unternehmen Uponor trug ab vollständiger Konsolidierung Anfang November zu Umsatz und Betriebsergebnis bei. Mit der Übernahme des finnischen Spezialisten für Rohrleitungssysteme sieht GF die Weichen für künftiges Wachstum gestellt. Der Konzern hebt daher seine in der Strategie 2025 formulierten Ziele an. Dabei wird das Umsatzziel von 4,4 bis 5,0 Milliarden auf 5,0 bis 5,5 Milliarden Franken erhöht. Die Bandbreite der EBIT-Marge wird von 9 bis 11 Prozent auf 10 bis 12 Prozent angehoben. Im Berichtsjahr hat GF eine vergleichbare EBIT-Marge von 9,7 Prozent realisiert.
