Sonova sieht Gilbert Achermann für VRP-Amt vor
17.11.2023Der für die Marke Phonak bekannte Hörgerätespezialist Sonova leitet die Nachfolge für Verwaltungsratspräsident Robert Spoerry ein. Daher wird Gilbert Achermann an der nächsten Generalversammlung zur Wahl in den Verwaltungsrat vorgeschlagen. 2025 soll er dann das Präsidium von Spoerry übernehmen. Er erhalte damit genug Zeit, um sich auf seine zukünftige Rolle vorzubereiten.
Achermann ist seit 2010 Verwaltungsratspräsident des Basler Dentalspezialisten Straumann und tritt von diesem Posten an der Generalsversammlung 2024 zurück, wie es in der Sonova-Mitteilung vom Freitag heisst. Zuvor war Achermann mehr als 12 Jahre Finanzchef und später CEO von Straumann. Zudem ist er seit 2022 Präsident des Verwaltungsrats von Ypsomed und seit 2012 Verwaltungsratsmitglied der Julius Bär Gruppe – aus dem Gremium der Bank wird er sich aber auch 2024 zurückziehen.
