Hälsli und Sasberg) die Fortführung eines ökologischen Alpbetriebes, die nachhaltige und naturnahe Nutzung und die ganzheitliche Erhaltung der heutigen Landschaft von besonderer Schönheit und Eigenart als Teil des ältesten Jagdbanngebietes der Schweiz ('Fryberg Kärpf') und als Erholungsraum. Der Alpbetrieb kann auch in Verbindung mit einem sozial-pädagogischen Projekt geführt werden. Der Bau von Fahrstrassen auf dem Alpgebiet widerspricht dem Stiftungszweck. Der Stiftungsrat kann den Bau von Maschinenwegen ausschliesslich zur Bewirtschaftung der Alp Bodmen bewilligen (maximale Breite 1,2m).
