  • Der Verein ersellt und führt eine Quarantäne-Einrichtung in der Schweiz, damit Tiere, die die Einfuhrbestimmungen der Verordnung über die Ein-, Durch- und Ausfuhr von Heimtieren (EDAV-Ht) nicht erfüllen und solche, bei denen ein Tollwutansteckungsverdacht im Sinne der Tierseuchenverordnung (Art. 6 Buchstabe q TSV) vorliegt, eine bedarfsgerechte Quarantäne durchlaufen können. Das Tierwohl, eine adequate Sozialisierung sowie Lernen und Erziehung stehen dabei im Vordergrund. Der Verein arbeitet eng mit den kantonalen und schweizerischen Behörden zusammen. Der Verein sorgt für eine optimale medizinische Betreuung durch Fachpersonen und arbeitet gemäss einem Konzept. Der Verein verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke und erstrebt keinen Gewinn. Die Organe sind ehrenamtlich tätig. Der Verein wird beim Kanton als nicht steuerpflichtige Organisation registriert und daher sind freiwillige Zuwendungen steuerbefreit.
