U-Blox fährt Verlust ein

U-Blox hat 2023 einen Nettoverlust von 8,6 Mio. Fr. eingefahren. Im Vorjahr stand noch ein Reingewinn von 101,8 Mio. Fr. zu Buche. Eine Abschreibung des Geschäfts mit Mobilfunk-Chipsätzen hat zu einer Wertminderung von 65,4 Mio. Fr geführt. Der bereinigte Ebit halbierte sich auf 69,7 Mio. Fr., die entsprechende Marge ging auf 12,1% zurück (21%). Der Umsatz sank um 7,5% auf 576,9 Mio. Fr. Mit den Umsatz blieb U-Blox am unteren Ende der eigenen Guidance, bei der Ebit-Marge erreichte das Unternehmen den Mittelpunkt der eigenen Prognose. Ferner schlägt der Verwaltungsrat eine Halbierung der Dividende auf 1 Fr. vor. Zudem wird der seit 2007 im Verwaltungsrat sitzende Thomas Seiler an der nächsten GV nicht mehr zur Wiederwahl antreten. Er wird durch Fabian Ruch ersetzt, der für den Aktionär Spectrum Entrepreneurial Ownership (SEO) in den VR Einsitz nehmen wird.
