  • Die Stiftung bezweckt, das Werk von Turo Pedretti (1896-1964) sowie das Werk von Giuliano Pedretti (1924) zu erhalten und so zu verwalten, dass die Originale der einzelnen Werke, die so genannten Épreuves d'Artiste, Urmodelle und die Urheberrechte an ihnen in einer Hand zusammengefasst bleiben; durch Verkauf von Exemplaren der Skulpturwerke sowie gegebenenfalls von Reproduktionen der zeichnerischen und malerischen Werke zu verbreiten; durch Organisation von und Beteiligung an Ausstellungen bekannt zu machen. Die Stiftung bezweckt ferner die Unterstützung der Erben des Stifters nach dessen Ableben für den Fall, dass sie zufolge Krankheit, Erwerbsunfähigkeit, Alters oder Invalidität nicht in der Lage sein sollten, aus eigener Kraft und aus eigenen Mitteln für ihren Lebensunterhalt aufzukommen, oder für den Fall, dass sie bedürftig sind. Die Stiftung kann, soweit es für die Erfüllung ihres Zweckes förderlich ist und sie über genügend Mittel zur Bestreitung der Kosten verfügt, Personal beschäftigen.
