Swiss Expert Group übernimmt EB-Qual

Der Integrator von Cybersecurity-Lösungen EB-Qual tritt neben E-Xpert Solutions und One Step Beyond der Swiss Expert Group bei. Nach der Übernahme soll EB-Qual weiterhin als unabhängige Marke tätig bleiben.
Die Genfer Swiss Expert Group übernimmt die EB-Qual aus Givisiez. Der Freiburger Integrator von Cybersicherheitslösungen schliesst sich damit der Struktur an, die Ende 2022 aus dem Zusammenschluss der Genfer Cybersicherheitsfirma E-Xpert Solutions und des Waadtländer Anbieters One Step Beyond hervorging, wie die Swiss Expert Group in einer Mitteilung schreibt.
Im Rahmen der Transaktion soll EB-Qual weiterhin als unabhängige Marke von seinen Büros in Freiburg und Zürich aus agieren. EB-Qual wird auch seinen erst kürzlich ernannten CEO Hervé Ottet behalten, der die Nachfolge des im Januar verstorbenen Firmengründers Jacques Macherel angetreten hat. Die Transaktion ermögliche es der Swiss Expert Group, weiter zu expandieren. Die Gruppe zählt nach eigenen Angaben nun insgesamt fast 100 Mitarbeitende und deckt die Kantone Genf, Waadt, Freiburg und Zürich ab.
"Mit dem Eintritt von EB-Qual in unsere Gruppe ermöglichen uns unsere kombinierten Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen, den Erfolg unserer Schweizer Kunden in den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit und digitale Transformation zu gewährleisten", sagt Cédric Enzler, Verwaltungsratspräsident der Swiss Expert Group.
Auch Hervé Ottet, CEO von EB-Qual freut sich über die Transaktion: "Diese Partnerschaft eröffnet neue Möglichkeiten für unsere Kunden, die nun von einem erweiterten Serviceportfolio profitieren, einschliesslich Managed Cybersecurity, DevSecOps und Cloud-Lösungen."
