AV Distribution ist konkurs

Es gibt einen Pro-AV-Disti weniger am Schweizer Markt. AV Distribution aus der Zuger Gemeinde Hünenberg befindet sich in Liquidation. Wie aus dem Handelsregister des Kantons hervorgeht, eröffnete das Zuger Kantonsgericht per 30. Oktober den Konkurs über das Unternehmen. "Demnach ist die Gesellschaft aufgelöst", heisst es. Entsprechend ist auch die Website von AV Distribution ist nicht mehr erreichbar.
Seit 2001 war AV Distribution als AG im Zuger Handelsregister eingetragen. Gegründet wurde die Firma 1995 durch Klaus Brockhage, der bis 2020 als Geschäftsführer agierte. Im August 2020 übernahm sein Sohn Fabian Brockhage die operative Leitung des Distributors. Das Unternehmen hatte unter anderem die Vertriebsrechte für gewisse LG-Projektoren, eine Auswahl an Professional-Displays von Sony, Signalmanagement-Lösungen von IDK und Raumbuchungssystemen von Evoko.
Im Interview vom Mai dieses Jahres sprach Fabian Brockhage zwar von gestiegenem Konkurrenzdruck aufgrund der Pandemie, zeigte sich aber insgesamt zuversichtlich und sprach von den Vorteilen der Exklusivdistribution.
