Mit Bezug auf das Vermögen der ehemaligen Lillyan Ziegler-Stiftung, das die Stiftung gemäss Art. 3 Abs. 2 dieser Stiftungsurkunde übernommen hat, wahrt die Stiftung den Zweck der seinerzeitigen Lillyan Ziegler-Stiftung, nämlich die Unterstützung und Förderung klassischer Musik auf dem Platz Zürich im weitesten Sinne und in allen möglichen Formen. Die Stiftung verfolgt weder Erwerbs- noch Selbsthilfezwecke.
