Noser Engineering kauft im Rheintal zu

Noser Engineering hat die Ingenieursfirma Micropool per Anfang 2021 übernommen. Micropool hat den Sitz in Bad Ragaz und beschäftigt 11 Mitarbeitende. Die Firma soll "in einer ersten Phase" weiterhin unter eigenem Namen firmieren. Doch spätestens im kommenden Frühling werde der Name Micropool vom Markt verschwinden, teilt Noser Engineering mit.
Noser Engineering übernimmt die 11 Mitarbeitenden sowie den Standort von Micropool in Bad Ragaz. "Mit der Übernahme bauen wir unser Kerngeschäft im Bereich Hardware- und Firmware-Engineering aus und verstärken unsere lokale Präsenz im Rheintal", sagt Remo Noser, der seit vergangenem September als COO von Noser Engineering fungiert. Das Softwareunternehmen hat bereits eine Niederlassung in Landquart und weitere in Bern, Luzern, Winterthur und München.
Micropool wurde 1996 von Markus Probst gegründet. Das Unternehmen bietet Hardware- und Firmware-Engineering an. Grund für den Verkauf ist gemäss Mitteilung eine Nachfolgeregelung: "Es freut mich, dass ich für Micropool mit Noser Engineering eine Nachfolgelösung gefunden habe, die zu 100 Prozent meinen Vorstellungen entspricht", lässt sich Firmengründer Probst in der Mitteilung zitieren. Er selbst werde sich weiterhin um die Kunden kümmern.
