Hasena: Übernahme der Robusta AG
12.02.2024Seit 1927 ist die Marke Robusta bekannt als Hersteller für Matratzen und Lattenroste „Made in Switzerland“. Vor allem in der Schweizer Möbelbranche hat das Unternehmen in den vergangenen fast 100 Jahren einen hohen Bekanntheitsgrad erreicht. Vor dem Hintergrund, sich mittelfristig von der aktiven Tätigkeit zurückziehen zu wollen, haben die Inhaber der Robusta AG einen Käufer für ihr Unternehmen gesucht und gefunden. Hasena übernimmt zum 1. Januar 2024 alle Aktienanteile. „Die Spezialisierung von Robusta auf den Bettinhalt bietet die ideale Ergänzung zur Hasena-Produktpalette, die beiden Marken bieten eine vorzügliche Symbiose für die Wahl des Bettes samt Bettinhalt“, heißt es dazu seitens der Hasena AG. Die beiden Unternehmen agieren innerhalb der Hasena-Holding AG weiterhin selbstständig am Markt, es sollen weder Marken noch einzelne bestehende Produkte aufgrund dieser Übernahme angepasst werden. Auch die beiden Geschäftsleitungsgremien bleiben unverändert. „Wir sind überzeugt, dass sich dieser Schritt bei beiden Unternehmen, ebenso bei den Mitarbeitern und Kunden, nachhaltig positiv auswirkt“, geben die Geschäftsleitungen der Robusta AG und der Hasena AG in einer gemeinsamen Erklärung bekannt.
