Andererseits bieten die Geschäftsleitungsstellen ausschliesslich Personen, die nicht älter als 30 Jahre alt sind, erste Berufserfahrungen in Leitungsfunktionen der Bereiche Marketing, Kommunikation, Organisations- und Personalführung, Administration, Booking, Musikredaktion, Ausbildungsleitung und Programmleitung. c) eines Jungendradios. Es sendet für Jugendliche relevante Inhalte zu den Themen Politik, Gesellschaft, Kultur sowie Musik und informiert über regionale Geschehnisse. d) eines Kulturradios. Es bietet der Arbeit regionaler und nationaler Musik- und Kulturschaffender eine Plattform. e) eines Kulturveranstalters. f) eines Kulturförderers (jährliche Preisverleihung des Kick Ass Award).
