  • Die Stiftung führt Institutionen oder Betriebe, die der Förderung der persönlichen, schulischen, beruflichen und sozialen Entwicklung von Kindern und Jugendlichen dienen. Das als zentraler Betrieb geführte Heim der Viktoria-Stiftung Richigen dient der sozialpädagogisch und therapeutisch ausgerichteten Erziehung, Betreuung, Schulung, Ausbildung und Berufsabklärung von Jugendlichen, die ihre Ablösungs- und Integrationsaufgaben im bisherigen Umfeld nicht bewältigen konnten. Eine geschlossene Abteilung dient dem Vollzug von angeordneten Massnahmen durch Gerichte oder Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörden. Eine Aufnahme in das Jugendheim setzt generell die strafrechtliche oder zivilrechtliche Einweisung voraus. Die Stiftung kann auch weitere Institutionen oder Betriebe führen, insbesondere solche, die den Übergang vom Aufenthalt im Jugendheim in die selbständige Lebensführung fördern. Die Stiftung verfolgt gemeinnützige und öffentliche Zwecke und keinerlei Erwerbszwecke.
