  • Die Stiftung bezweckt die Ausrichtung von Vorsorgeleistungen an die Arbeitnehmer der Acino International AG (ehemalige Acino Holding AG) (und mit dieser wirtschaftlich oder finanziell eng verbundenen Unternehmungen) sowie deren Angehörige und Hinterbliebene in Notlagen wie bei Krankheit, Unfall, Invalidität und Arbeitslosigkeit. Bis zum 30.09.2020 waren zudem alle nicht länger als bis zum 31.12.2005 (Stichtag) bei der Schweizerhall Chemie AG angestellten Personen, welche am 31.12.2005 eine AHV- oder IV-Rente bezogen, sowie deren Angehörigen und Hinterbliebenen Destinatäre der Stiftung. Im Oktober 2020 wird ihr Anteil am Vorsorgevermögen der Stiftung auf den Wohlfahrtsfonds der Brenntag Schweizerhall AG übertragen, sodass sie Destinatäre jenes Wohlfahrtsfonds werden und für sie keine Ansprüche mehr gegenüber der Stiftung bestehen. Die Stiftung bezweckt ausserdem die Finanzierung und Leistung von Beiträgen der Stifterfirma (sowie mit dieser wirtschaftlich oder finanziell eng verbundenen Unternehmungen) wie auch von reglementarischen Beiträgen der Mitarbeitenden an steuerbefreite Personalvorsorgeeinrichtungen, denen sich die Stifterfirma angeschlossen hat oder die sie selbst errichtet hat. Sie bezweckt weiter die Leistung von Einlagen an steuerbefreite Personalvorsorgeeinrichtungen, welche die Stifterfirma selbst errichtet hat, zwecks Stabilisierung deren Deckungsgrads.
