Gemäss Beschluss des Stiftungsrats vom 18. Januar 1994 und Zustimmung des Regierungsrats Nidwalden vom 16. August 1994 ist diese Stiftung aufgelöst. Nachdem die Liquidation beendigt ist, wird die Stiftung im Handelsregister gelöscht.
