  • Die Stiftung bezweckt, für die römisch-katholische, vom Bischof von Chur errichtete Pfarrei Klosters die Voraussetzungen für die Feier des Gottesdienstes, die Ausübung der Seelsorge, sowie die Erfüllung weiterer pfarreilicher Aufgaben zu schaffen. Den Pfarreiangehörigen soll die Erfüllung Ihrer kirchlich-religiösen Pflichten ermöglicht, bzw. erleichtert werden. Dieser Zweck soll erreicht werden durch: die Übernahme zu Eigentum und die Verwaltung der zur Zeit dem Stifter in der Gemeinde Klosters-Serneus gehörenden Liegenschaft; die Beschaffung weiterer Mittel und deren Verwaltung. Die Stiftung ist eine kirchliche Stiftung, die nicht der staatlichen Aufsicht unterstellt ist und keine Revisionsstelle bezeichnen muss. Die kirchliche Aufsicht wird wahrgenommen durch den Bischof des Bistums Chur.
