DSM-Firmenich hat Rückkaufangebot für die DSM-Aktien publiziert
Der fusionierte Aromen- und Riechstoffkonzern DSM-Firmenich hat ein Rückkaufangebot für die noch ausstehenden DSM-Aktien publiziert. Inhaber von DSM-Stammaktien können sie im Rahmen eines gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Buy-out-Verfahrens zu einem festgesetzten Preis andienen. DSM-Firmenich hält schon 96,1% der an der Euronext Amsterdam kotierten Stammaktien. Für die ausstehenden Titel bietet sie 96 € in bar.

DS-Firmenich meldet einen tieferen Umsatz
Der neu fusionierte Aromen- und Riechstoffkonzern DSM-Firmenich meldet für das erste Halbjahr 2023 einen um 5% tieferen Umsatz von 6,15 Mrd. €. Das Betriebsergebnis (Ebitda) brach 21% auf 929 Mio. € ein, bei einer Marge von 15,1%. Das Unternehmen erzielte einen Gewinn von 236 Mio. €, was einem Rückgang von 59% entspricht. Wie bereits kommuniziert werde DSM-Firmenich Massnahmen ergreifen, für erhoffte Einsparungen von rund 200 Mio. €. Auf mittlere Sicht stellt DSM-Firmenich ein jährliches organisches Wachstum von 5 bis 7% in Aussicht sowie eine operative Marge von 22 bis 23%.
